OUT DESTINATIONS JOINS FORCES WITH OUTREACH PUBLIC RELATIONS

LGBT travel blog OUT Destinations has aligned with OUTreach Public Relations, a company focused on LGBT travel and tourism. “This seems like the perfect fit,” states Joey Amato, president of OUTreach. “We want to ultimately create a one-stop information source for LGBT travel.”
The blog, which will now be a part of OUTreach’s website, features reviews of gay-friendly international destinations including São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Stockholm as well as US cities. “After being in LGBT journalism for almost four years, I determined there was a need in the market for a company devoted specifically towards LGBT tourism as it accounts for nearly $65 billion in revenue per year,” states Amato.
Since launching OUTreach Public Relations earlier this year, Amato has already signed an impressive roster of clients including AIDS Walk Orlando, Media Out Loud, Amos Events and upcoming pop artist K-POFF.
